Quest Solutions, Inc. would like to engage an IT phone support person. This position is a key resource for phone support of the our clients Encirca Services and Field360 precision ag tool sets. Supported audience includes: Customers, Sales Representatives, Associate Sellers, Account Managers, Agronomists and various office staff. This is a long term contract position.
Skills / Experience:
- More than 2 years applied technical software support over the phone, for both desktop and mobile applications and mobile devices (iOS and Android).
- Strong services aptitude, technical trouble shooting aptitude and interpersonal relation skills to get to, and understand, the root cause of a caller’s question or issue.
- Experience living or working in an agriculture environment, either on a farm, or in a support role, is also very strongly desired.
